What are your operating hours?

Well, you can browse our store and place your orders anytime! However, we are online from 10am to 6pm on Mondays to Fridays and from 10am to 2pm on weekends. You can reach us via Whatsapp chat or call us at +65 8481 1482.

 

Who can buy from your store? 

Anyone above the age of 18 only. 

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most credit cards as well as Paypal. 

 

What is your returns policy?

At Cloud Beverage, we work with major brands directly and you can be assured that the deliveries that you receive are high quality authentic products. 

If the products arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product so we can rectify the situation. We won't be able to allow returns, exchange or refunds other than this situation. 

 

Can you ship to other countries?

We are unable to fulfil orders to another country at this time.
